Lifestyle | The Month of May

Yes... yes... I'm a terrible blogger. I already knew this. I get an A for effort, though, right?? ;)

May was pretty busy for us, particularly the end of May. Lily had her last day of preschool, her dance recital, Nathan's birthday, a visit from my wonderful in-laws, pool days, a day trip to Charleston, fireworks, and Nathan skydiving for the first time.

We made the mistake of sitting on the very first row at Lily's dance recital... and right in front of where  she would be dancing. When she came out on stage and the lights came on, she immediately saw us. Most of her dance consisted of her waving at us. But it was still too stinkin' cute. I was able to get a couple of shots of her actually dancing. Love that girl!

Yes, she is most definitely a daddy's girl. I love photographs like this. So sweet. :)

This is one of my favorite's of Lily & Nana. They love each other so much!

Lily & Papa hanging out. We always enjoy Nana & Papa's visits to SC!

Papa's motorcycle is LOUD!

These were some just for fun late night fireworks we did with our friends next door. I wasn't able to photograph the big ones because they were flying all over the place and we had to run for cover!

Daddy's getting ready to sky dive!! I have to admit I was a little nervous! I was very impressed with  Skydive Carolina. You'll have to check them out if you are considering skydiving.

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July! I'm always thankful to our military men and women and their families for all of the sacrifices they make to protect our freedom.

Much love,
